Return and Refund Policy


Returns & Refunds Policy

At The Coffee Shop, we want you to love everything you buy from us—whether it’s a cozy bag of beans, a curated piece of merchandise, or a perfectly crafted drink. Here's how we handle returns and refunds across our offerings:


1. Merchandise (In-Store and Online)


We gladly accept returns or exchanges on retail merchandise (including apparel, brewing gear, home goods, etc.) within 30 days of purchase with the original receipt.


Items must be unused and in original condition (tags attached, unopened packaging, etc.).

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Without a receipt, we can offer store credit at the most recent sale price.


Online Returns:

Please contact us at welcome@thecoffeeshopwt.com before shipping anything back. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.


2. Food Items


Due to health and safety regulations, all food sales are final. This includes packaged goods, baked items, and any perishable products sold in-store or online.


However, if something is wrong with your order—damaged, spoiled, or not what you expected—please let us know within 48 hours of purchase and we’ll make it right.


3. Coffee, Tea & Non-Alcoholic Beverages (In-Shop Only)


We stand behind every cup. If your drink wasn’t made right, or isn’t up to par, let us know at the time of purchase, and we’ll happily remake it or offer a refund.


Please note: Refunds or remakes are at the discretion of our staff and must be requested at the time of service.


4. Wine, Spirits & Alcohol (Future Offerings)


All sales of alcoholic beverages are final, in accordance with state and local laws. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on wine, spirits, or other alcohol unless the product is defective (e.g., corked wine).


In the rare event of a problem, please contact us within 7 days of purchase with proof of purchase and we’ll do our best to assist.
